small rant & iso (last iso was a little over 2 weeks ago... i think)
Have you ever had a MAC counter put something on hold for you, only to find out they didn't hold it at all? Well, it happened to me twice this week. :( I called them on Wed. asked to put 2 items (ever hip and blooming lovely lippies) on hold til Saturday. I called yesterday to confirm they had my items.. they were like "who did you talk to? " ...I had to ask for their names? lol... well anyway, turns out the girl I spoke to never put them on hold so this time they said they would, for real. I come in today and they're like "who did you talk to?" ...again? ..well it turns out the guy remembers me calling and speaking to this girl.. and not only were they not put on hold, they sold out on one blooming lovely! I was even lucky to get ever hip because the one they had left was almost sold except "the girl changed her mind at the last minute" ..I am furious at them. It's bad enough they always pretend like I don't exist when I stand at the counter waiting for assistance for like half an hour. I want to give a complaint but have no idea how I go about doing it (I'm never one to complain but ARGGHGG!!) Anyone know a number I can call or something? /end rant TL:DR version: My counter is sold out of Blooming lovely lipstick and I would love if someone could do a CP for me or even a swap? (all I have is a BNIB lavender whip that i been wanting to sell anyway) |
